Ingredients

  • 1 lb carrots (peeled and cut into 2–3 inch sticks or use baby carrots)
  • 2 tbsp Wild West Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary or 1/4 tsp dried
