📦 Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wild West Waffles LLC! We’re excited to serve you and want to make sure you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.


📍 Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order they’re received within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please note that processing time and delivery time are separate — your total delivery time includes both.
During busy holiday seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS or UPS, with estimated delivery times of 3–5 business days once your order has shipped.
After your package leaves our facility, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. Delays due to weather, postal volume, or other circumstances outside our control are the responsibility of the carrier.


💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on weight and automatically calculated at checkout.


🌎 Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.


📦 Order Tracking

All orders include tracking! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


🚨 Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please contact us at info@wildwestwaffles.com within 5 days of delivery.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund once the claim is verified with the carrier.

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please reach out to the carrier directly. Once a package is scanned as “delivered,” Wild West Waffles LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’re happy to help you contact the carrier for assistance.


🚫 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


🎁 Holiday Reminder

Please order early during major holidays to ensure your waffles arrive on time.


🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can’t be changed or canceled once they’ve shipped. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help before it’s processed.
