Return & Refund Policy

At Wild West Waffles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Because our products are food items, we don’t take returns once an order has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right — you may choose a replacement or a refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@wildwestwaffles.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • For health and safety reasons, consumable products such as waffle mix or maple syrup are not returnable once delivered.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@wildwestwaffles.com.

Exchanges

Because our products are consumable, traditional exchanges aren’t available. If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, you may choose between a replacement or a refund.
